1. Who we are and what these terms cover

TaskPrint ("the App") is developed and operated by:

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form an agreement between you and us regarding your
use of the App. By downloading, installing or using TaskPrint, you agree to these
Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

These Terms apply in addition to the terms of the app store you downloaded the
App from (Apple App Store or Google Play). Where those store terms conflict with
these Terms in relation to your purchase, the store terms prevail.

2. What TaskPrint does

TaskPrint lets you design labels, receipts, lists and similar documents on your
device and send them to compatible thermal printers over Bluetooth or USB.

The App communicates directly with your printer. We do not host, process or store
your documents on our servers.

3. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to
use the App on devices you own or control, for private or business purposes.

You may not:

- copy, modify, translate or create derivative works of the App;
- reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App, except where such a
 restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
- rent, lease, sublicense, sell or otherwise commercially redistribute the App;
- use the App to create, print or distribute unlawful content, or content that
 infringes the rights of others.

The App, its source code, design and trade marks remain our property.

4. Printer compatibility

TaskPrint supports a range of thermal printers from different manufacturers. Many
of these printers use undocumented or proprietary protocols. Support for such
devices has been developed independently and is **not** endorsed, certified or
supported by the respective manufacturers.

We therefore cannot guarantee that any particular printer model works, continues
to work after a firmware update, or produces a specific print quality. Printer
support is provided on a best-effort basis. If a printer you own does not work as
expected, please contact us — but a working connection to any specific device is
not part of what you are paying for.

5. Free version, trial and subscriptions

**Free version.** TaskPrint can be used free of charge with a limited feature set.

**Trial.** The App offers a time-limited trial of the full feature set. This trial
is provided by the App itself, requires no payment details and starts when you
activate it. When the trial ends, the free version's limits apply again. The trial
is available once per installation and does not renew.

**Subscriptions.** TaskPrint Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription with
a monthly or yearly term. The current price and term are shown in the App before
you purchase.

- Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of
 purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you
 cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the
 current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play
 account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.

**Refunds.** Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, not by us. Refund
requests must therefore be directed to the respective store. We have no ability
to issue refunds for store purchases.

**Price changes.** We may change subscription prices for future billing periods.
You will be informed in advance in accordance with the rules of the respective
store, and you may cancel before the change takes effect.

6. Your content

Documents, images and designs you create in TaskPrint remain yours. They are
stored locally on your device and, if you choose, shared by you through your
device's own sharing functions.

You are responsible for ensuring that content you print or share does not
infringe third-party rights and complies with applicable law.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the App available and functioning, but we do not guarantee
uninterrupted availability. We may update, change or discontinue features,
including printer support, for example when operating systems, devices or
third-party components change.

If we discontinue the App entirely, we will give reasonable notice where possible.
Active subscriptions will not be renewed after such an announcement.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or terminate
your licence if you materially breach these Terms, in particular Section 3.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for damages arising from injury to
life, body or health, from intent or gross negligence, from the absence of a
guaranteed characteristic, or under mandatory product liability law.

In cases of slight negligence, we are liable only for the breach of an essential
contractual obligation — that is, an obligation whose fulfilment makes the proper
performance of this agreement possible in the first place and on whose fulfilment
you may regularly rely. In such cases, our liability is limited to the damage
typically foreseeable at the time the agreement was concluded.

Any further liability is excluded.

In particular, we are not liable for damage resulting from the use of printers,
consumables or accessories that are not compatible with your device or that are
operated outside their intended use.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms, for example when features change or legal requirements
develop. The current version is always available at

If a change materially affects your rights, we will inform you appropriately.
Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

11. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the
International Sale of Goods.

If you are a consumer with habitual residence in another country, this choice of
law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of
that country.
